Blake Ebersole, BS, MBA is an industry voice for the research, sustainable development and compliance of foods, supplements and natural health products.
From a young age, Blake worked for his dad in restaurants, where he developed a fascination in all aspects of the food experience, especially the development, production and quality control. After completing a degree in forensic chemistry, Blake spent 13+ years investigating the mysteries of natural products and bringing products to market. He has supported the development of several patents and the publication of more than 70 peer-reviewed scientific papers on natural products. Blake is also a regular contributor to for industry trade and educational publications, and participates on standards-setting committees for ASTM International, the American Herbal Products Association and AOAC International.
Blake lives in Indianapolis, Indiana with his wife Megan and son Beckett and enjoys cooking, travel and the occasional round of golf.
